Rooted in intentional sourcing, crafted for communities, and poured with absolute precision since day one.
Founded in 2018, AromaCafé was born out of a simple, frustrated realization: truly transparent, sustainably traded coffee shouldn't be incredibly difficult to find locally. We set out to bridge the gap between hard-working global coffee farmers and conscious city regulars.
We started as a tiny fluid-bed roasting garage experiment. Today, we closely source single-origin specialty coffees directly from fair-trade farm cooperatives across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra. Every bean type undergoes intense sample tasting parameters before arriving at your table.
By completely cutting out unnecessary corporate commodity brokers, we return up to 40% more profit margins directly back into agricultural community ecosystems.
Our production spaces run on custom eco-efficient roasters that lower raw carbon emissions by nearly 80% compared to heavy traditional drums.
We constantly train our staff on flavor profiles, extraction, and brewing techniques to elevate the craft with every pour.
Began sample roasting tiny batches in a residential space, focusing strictly on single-origin profile testing.
Opened our minimal brick-and-mortar hub downtown, introducing a customized pour-over experience bar.
Successfully certified our supply lines as zero waste and 100% sustainably transparent.
